A retainer with us is like a monthly design fee. It is paid up front each month before work is carried out. Essentially, you are paying for time versus a specific service. They offer peace of mind in knowing that you will receive a pre-agreed amount of work each month, for a fixed cost

Frequently Asked Questions:

Absolutely! The work we produce for you every month is entirely up to you. We will have regular catch up calls to discuss your requirements for the upcoming month and you can mix and match as much as you like. Additionally, if one month you are going to require a bit more time, we can provide you with a quote for the extra work in advance.

There is a minimum of three months commitment for each of our design retainer packages. When this time is up, we will have a call to review how things have gone and discuss if you would like to renew. Many companies choose to commit to a longer time period after their first three months, and we offer a further discount for long-term commitments.

Your initial retainer agreement will be for a three month period- after which you are free to cancel, downgrade or upgrade your package depending on your requirements. We keep in regular contact with you throughout your retainer to ensure you are getting the best bang for your buck!

The cost for each package is a monthly fee and secures that time for your business each month. We cannot transfer any unspent time to the following months. This is rarely an issue though, as each month we will jump on a quick call to discuss your requirements and make sure you are getting the best return on your retainer investment.

Payments for retainers are due on the first of each month, in advance of work being started. If you have an additional requirement on one month, let’s say you want a new website developing, we will agree separate terms for this.
